1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using a SlickStack appliance ("the Product") from Programmeroo, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

2. The Product

SlickStack is a pre-configured Apple Mac Mini with open-source AI software installed. The hardware is manufactured by Apple Inc. and covered by Apple's standard 1-year limited warranty. The software stack (Ollama, Hermes Agent, n8n, Cloudflare Tunnel) is open-source and provided as-is under their respective licenses.

3. Payment

• Hardware: One-time payment of $1,499. Payment is due at time of order. Your order is not confirmed until payment clears.
• Support Plans: Essential ($149/month) and Pro ($349/month) plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times depend on Mac Mini availability and configuration time. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

• 30-day money-back guarantee: If you're not satisfied with SlickStack for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the hardware purchase price. The unit must be returned in its original condition with all included accessories.
• Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Support fees: Monthly support fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you return the hardware, your support plan is cancelled immediately.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Mac Mini hardware is covered by Apple's warranty. We add a 90-day setup guarantee: if the pre-configured software fails to operate as described due to our configuration, we will repair or replace the unit at our expense. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by user modifications, third-party software installed after delivery, or hardware failures covered by Apple's warranty.

The open-source software components are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI models will produce error-free, unbiased, or factually correct output. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Programmeroo, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the hardware.

8. Support Services

Support plans include software updates, configuration assistance, and troubleshooting as described on our website. Support is provided via email (andy@programmeroo.ai) and, for Pro plans, via Slack or Teams. Response times are targets, not guarantees. We reserve the right to modify support plan features with 30 days' notice.

9. Intellectual Property

SlickStack is a trademark of Programmeroo, LLC. The pre-loaded automation workflows are our intellectual property and are licensed for use on your SlickStack appliance only. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the bundled workflows.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active support plan subscribers. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance.
